BENVENUTI NELLA PIATTAFORMA DEI NUOVI TALENTI DELLA MODA
A gennaio 2020 abbiamo lanciato la Piattaforma TFP TALENTS, un progetto che arriva da lontano, che è stato a lungo sognato dalla sua Founder Elisa Gibaldi.
Elisa lavora da anni con i giovani designer e gli studenti di moda, sia come insegnante in alcune importanti scuole Italiane, che occupandosi della loro valorizzazione attraverso il blog The Fashion Propellant.
TFP TALENTS (la sigla TFP sta appunto per The Fashion Propellant) è la naturale conseguenza di un percorso che dura da tanti anni, l’evoluzione di una storia fatta da tanti giovani talenti, da scuole di moda, da sfilate graduate e incontri con brand emergenti e designer desiderosi di visibilità.
Abbiamo pensato a TFP TALENTS come una vera e propria Piattaforma creata per offrire ai designer emergenti un mondo di opportunità.
Insieme ai nostri Partner abbiamo strutturato un sistema di servizi che si rivolgono a coloro che vogliono creare o rilanciare il loro brand moda e abbiamo deciso di offrire dei pacchetti di consulenze (che vanno dal Brand Coaching alla comunicazione, alla grafica, allo styling a tutto quello che serve per dare vita ad un brand) a tariffe agevolate fatte apposta per i piccoli budget dei giovani stilisti.
Con i nostri Supporter abbiamo la possibilità di offrire ai nuovi nomi del fashion design tante opportunità per sfilate, vendita in showroom ed eventi di comunicazione durante tutto l’anno sia offline che online.
Abbiamo soprattutto deciso di focalizzare la nostra attenzione sulla valorizzazione del Talento. Per farlo organizziamo regolarmente fashion contest riservati agli iscritti alla nostra Community, in cui vengono messi in palio premi che sottolineano il valore artistico dei designer che partecipano, ma anche utili alla loro carriera e al loro brand. Organizziamo anche eventi social che coinvolgono centinaia di giovani, diamo loro visibilità attraverso i nostri canali di comunicazione, raccontiamo le loro storie con i nostri blog.
E poi organizziamo anche workshop e corsi, per seguire i giovani designer anche dal punto di vista della formazione e per fornire loro una vera e propria guida per potersi districare da soli nel complicato mondo del lavoro nell’ambito della moda.
